Costs

There is no joining fee, annual fee or minimum monthly usage fee to become a registered QualSearch user. Non-university recruiters are currently charged A$55 (inclusive of GST) for each QualSearch transaction. Invoices are forwarded monthly for payment. Electronic payment can be accepted. QualSearch transactions are charged per applicant regardless of the number of qualifications being verified per applicant. This encourages recruiters to confirm all qualifications, not just the highest level of qualification.
