The QualSearch service is s proprietary product of QTAC and is provided to selected users for the purposes of facilitating authorised qualification validation. Prior to gaining access to the system, users are required to agree to the following conditions.
I agree that it is my duty and responsibility to ensure the security of the QualSearch service, to protect the confidentiality of information and material to which I am given access, and use the system and information provided for its intended purpose. I understand this includes, but is not restricted to, information and material received from applicants, institutions, associations and any other organisation or individual who supplies information by any medium whatsoever.
I agree not to disclose such information to any other person except where it is fundamental to the necessary performance of my official duties or I am legally compelled to make such disclosure. I understand that failure to comply with these conditions may result in my not having future access to the QualSearch service. I further understand that, if I breach conditions of use in relation to the information and operation of QualSearch, I may be subject to litigation.
